Duncombe School
When Duncombe School embarked on the production of a new prospectus we looked at the brochures of a number of other schools and were particularly impressed by the photography in two of them. Daniel Martin had been the photographer for both.
On speaking to the Marketing Director of one of these schools, she commended Daniel very highly and so we approached him to take our photographs.
We were introduced by Daniel to his business partnership with designer Daryl Jones and were excited by the examples of their previous work, their ideas for Duncombe's prospectus and by their professional but amiable approach. We therefore decided to place the whole production of our new prospectus in their hands.
We were not disappointed. From our initial approach to Daniel to receiving the printer's proof of our prospectus took less than two months. Throughout that time we were guided expertly but pleasantly through the whole process. Daniel and Daryl captured the unique atmosphere of Duncombe with minimal disruption to the school and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our own aims and ideas were respected and often enhanced by Daniel or Daryl's particular expertise.
We now have a much more interesting and attractive prospectus than we had originally envisaged and one which is already proving an impressive marketing tool.
We cannot speak too highly of the Martin & Jones Design consultancy and recommend Daniel and Daryl unreservedly.
