I am writing to express our appreciation of your work in producing the Stevenage Haven Annual Review 2005.

This is the first time our Annual Review has been produced by an external company and so the whole process was a learning curve for us. The timescales were also tight as we made our decision to not produce in house somewhat later than was desirable. We were therefore pleasantly surprised at how smoothly everything progressed as we followed the detailed production schedule that you provided. We really appreciated your flexibility in meeting our requirements and accommodating last minute changes.

We were extremely impressed by the quality of the Annual Review, which has been very well received by everyone who has seen it. We believe the combination of professional photography and graphic design provided by your company has resulted in an outstanding Annual Review and thank you once again for all your hard work.
